Join hospitality expert and Eastern Point Collective founder, Hollis Wells Silverman, and her talented culinary team led by Executive Chef, Katarina Petonito, for an exclusive progressive cocktail and dining experience at The Wells, La Collina, and The Duck & The Peach in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of D.C.

Upon arrival, guests will be split into two groups to participate in the cocktail tasting and pasta making sessions. The first group will begin their evening at The Wells for a specially curated gin cocktail tasting session and small bites, while the second group will start at La Collina for an exclusive fresh pasta making demonstration paired with a custom aperitivo led by Executive Chef, Kat Petonito. At the conclusion of the first session, the two groups will switch to ensure all guests get to experience both portions of the event. Following the completion of both tasting sessions, cardmembers will come together and join Hollis Wells Silverman at The Duck & The Peach for a seasonally inspired multi-course dinner with complementing wine pairings where she’ll speak to each item being served, her philosophy on hospitality, and the future of Eastern Point Collective. As a takeaway, guests will receive a curated gift box featuring items gifted to the members of The Wells’ exclusive membership-only Gin Society.

Hollis Wells Silverman has built her career on exceptional leadership and business acumen combined with tenacious creativity, curiosity, and versatility. Hollis played a pivotal role in the growth of a number of restaurant organizations, most notably as the Chief of Operations of award-winning chef José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup. In 2021, Hollis introduced three new concepts to Washington DC; first with The Duck & The Peach, an all-day New American restaurant offering seasonally inspired menus in an elegant welcoming setting; followed by La Collina, an easy and approachable Italian dining spot; and lastly, the intimate, speak-easy style gin bar, The Wells.
