This exclusive Parisian adventure includes a three-night stay at the luxurious five-star, Peninsula Paris Hotel. Inside Access from Chase offers unique events exclusively for Chase United MileagePlus®
Cardmembers. This Parisian fashion experience has been specially curated with the designers and is not available to the general public.
Over the course of the weekend, from premiere seats, experience the excitement and energy of two international runway shows from industry-leading designers Ryan Roche and Vivienne Westwood.
Beginning on Thursday with the Ryan Roche fashion show, guests will experience why Ms. Roche is known for her harmonious relationship to color as her clothes paint a world in which women want to live. Following the show, during a private hosted panel conversation, hear first-hand from Ryan Roche and global fashion industry experts about what goes into creating such a dramatic runway moment and sustainable fashion manufacturing, along with the special charm of showing in Paris.
During the day on Friday, guests may explore Paris on their own. As night falls, enjoy a private three-course dinner. On Saturday, guests will attend the Vivienne Westwood fashion show. Working in partnership with her Creative Director, Andreas Kronthaler, Vivienne Westwood’s runway shows are among the most talked about moments of the week. Following the show, guests will have an opportunity to meet Mr. Kronthaler during a private casual reception. On Saturday evening, guests will board a chartered boat for a tour to see Paris by night, while enjoying an exclusive dinner along the Seine River. The weekend will end on Sunday with a farewell breakfast.
With a design archive spanning over forty years, the Vivienne Westwood brand is recognized and celebrated as a fashion institution and Westwood herself as one of the most prolific multi-hyphenate
of her time.
Westwood began designing in 1971 and would help define the decade’s Punk rock street culture. By the end of the seventies, Westwood was already considered a symbol of the British avant-garde. In 2006, her contributions to the British Fashion Industry was officially recognized when Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, appointed Westwood Dame of the British Empire and in 2007, she was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in Fashion by the British Fashion Council.
Ryan Roche launched her eponymous line in 2011 with a focus on honest luxury. At the core of each collection are her highly coveted cashmere knits. Pulling inspiration from her dreamy childhood beneath the wild skies of the Midwest, Roche’s modern reinventions of classic silhouettes peppered with subtle notes of nostalgia offer an intimate look into her world of romance.
Ms. Roche’s brand is committed to, and is a strong champion of, responsible manufacturing via sustainable, low-impact production. Her debut collection was met with both critical acclaim from Fashion insiders and celebrities alike. Since then she has received numerous industry accolades. In 2014, Roche was named runner up in the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund program, she was also shortlisted for the 2015 LVMH Prize, and nominated for both the 2015 and 2016 CFDA Swarovski Award for womenswear.
